The holiday apartment A2 is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, in a new house right on the sea. The beach is just a few meters away. Enjoy the microclimate of the north-west of Istria and swim in the clear and clean Adriatic Sea.

The apartment is modern and fully furnished. The holiday apartment is light. It is on the ground floor behind the house and receives ample daylight. It has a bedroom with a double bed and there is a sofa bed in the living room for children or teenagers. There is also a kitchen in a living room with satellite Flat TV and free wireless Internet access. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. There is also an outdoor shower. A hairdryer and an iron are also available.

The terrace is offering also a sea view where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning or a candlelight dinner in the evening. There are two sun loungers provided.

The rocky beach is right on the doorstep and you can also go on a walk and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. There is a restaurant within 500 meters and the nearest locality is about 5km away. It is possible to hire a motorboat for those with a boat licence.We have our buoy in the gulf in front of the house free for you.

Schöne moderne Ferienwohnung, alles picobello sauber, komplett ausgestattet. Sehr netter Vermieter

Wir waren im Sep.18 zwei Wochen dort. Wohnung hat alles was den perfekten Urlaub ausmacht, Klimaanlage, Spül- und Waschmaschine, Microwelle, grosser Gasgrill, Gartenmöbel, Liegen für mit ans Meer. Wohnung und Außenanlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt Für südliche Verhältnisse sehr gehobene Ausstattung. Der Vermieter spricht gut Deutsch und kümmert sich sehr um sein Anwesen und seine Gäste. Das Haus mit 3 FeWo"s liegt direkt am Meer, zum Baden benötigt man Badeschuhe (wie fast überall in Kroatien). Novigrad und Umag sind bequem mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen (schöne Rad- und ruhige Küstenwege). Bäckerei ca 300 meter entfernt. Mehrere leckere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. (Pizzaria San Lorenzo am Ort und Konoba Babici, Nachbarort sind sehr zu empfehlen). Kommen gerne wieder.
