Overview of my weekly rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The booking and communication experience was excellent. I had a few issues that were addressed. FYI it's about 8-10 drive from rental house to main road which was annoying every time you needed to go to store or restaurant. The kitchen pots and pans need to be updated especially the frying pans.

Good Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, the home itself was great, and the beach was absolutely wonderful — the location really can’t be beat. The management staff and concierge team were phenomenal from start to finish; every question we had was handled quickly and warmly. One note I shared directly with the concierge during our stay: the home needs a full pest control treatment before it’s rented again. We ran into a lot of bugs. It didn’t overshadow the trip, but it’s worth addressing so the next guests get the full experience this property is capable of delivering.Would happily return.
Response from VrboOwner on 19 Aug 2026
Thank you for the wonderful review Jenay! We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful home, unbeatable beach location, and the service from our management and concierge teams, and we appreciate you bringing the pest concern to our attention. During the summer months, especially following rainy weather, increased pest activity can occur as bugs seek shelter indoors, but we will work with our team to ensure the property is properly treated, and we hope to welcome you back to Hilton Head again soon.

Great stay!

We had the very best time at this house. Beds were so comfy and the house was clean upon arrival. The kitchen is stocked with cups, plates, silverware and pots/pans. The pool is perfect for everyone including small children. The house does border a hole on the golf course so being aware while we were out in the yard and pool that a ball could come our way was something we needed to be but overall no complaints!
