The property was clean & the beds were very comfortable. Location is good & the private beach access on osipee is nice. The hot tub outside was a nice addition. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house

This house was perfect for a NYE getaway with friends. Bedrooms were large and very comfortable. Great location for tubing and the Pizza Barn.

Just got back from a cousins/ sisters weekend and could not have had a more perfect time. Property is exactly as it was described. Completely outfitted kitchen, large refrigerator, comfy beds and linens. We were 6 women and the house and sunroom were spacious but cozy. Enjoyed a fire on Friday and a dip in the hot tub on Saturday night. The deck is incredible with the largest picnic table I've ever seen and beautiful furniture. Kimberly was so prompt and attentive. And the price was amazing. Thank you, thank you for sharing your home with us

House was pretty nice however a few things were overlooked. No paper towels or tissues, bathrooms were a bit messy, could have used a vacuum. Sheets on one of the beds looked dirty with stains. Hot tub was amazingly clean and so nice!

Awesome!!

Such a beautiful home! The beds were so comfortable to the point I need to know what the mattress is. The owner was so attentive and even let us stay another day due to all the snow and a bit cheaper than it would have cost. Thank you again!! We ALL loved your place!!
