Blocks from St. Charles Ave, Magazine Street, French Quarter, Warehouse District, Aquarium, Convention Center, Downtown (CBD) yet located within a neighborhood. The Lower Garden District sits between the Warehouse District and the Garden district so you get the comfort of being in a residential neighborhood, but the convenience of being close to Warehouse District, Downtown and French Quarter. No need for a car at this location!
The apartment has a full kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave) , living room and separate bedroom (queen size bed) with full bathroom.
