This condo has just been completely remodeled including all brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wood floor, new furniture, LCD TV. We now also have an entirely new hot tub on site and it's awesome!

This unique condo offers:
• A full modern kitchen with bar stools.
• High ceiling 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms sleeps up to 9 ppl. The master bedroom has 1 queen bed; The bedroom #2 has a queen bed. The upstairs loft bedroom #3 has 2 queen beds and 1 queen futon.
• 3 full bathroom recently remodeled.
• Underground covered parking, elevator.
• Washer/dryer inside the unit, Wood burning fireplace.
• High speed Wifi and steam TVs..
• Minutes from slops, free shuttle with a stop right in front of the Suncreek condo complex. Short walk to Park City Municipal golf course. 13 golf courses within 30 minutes drive time.

The condo is right next to the Rail Trail which is a great cross country ski trail and biking/ hiking path. Local amenities included The Silver Mountain Athletic Club(It is not included in the rental fee. It has yoga, spinning, indoor pool, racquetball, full Gym, and Day Spa) which is a two minute walk from the complex at prospector square. The plaza down the street has Bagel and Coffee Shop , a Sushi Bar and several fine dining/casual Restaurants. The Movie Theatre, and the Grocery Store are around the corner.

Wonderful place for our ski vacation

Property was very clean and had enough rooms for all of us. Bus route just in front of the condo was very convenient. Only suggestion is to have a bigger pot for making spaghetti enough for 8 people.

Great Condo!

This was a perfect condo for a few days ski vacation for 3 couples! Each couple had their own room and bathroom (one room is a loft but still pretty private). The kitchen is a little small but works perfectly. The underground parking for one car was also extremely nice when it’s cold and snowy outside. It was about a 5min drive to Main St and also to Mountain Village. We would stay here again!

Nice place in a great location

We loved this cozy condo. Distance to the lifts and downtown. The shuttle is right in front of the complex. The condo is clean and get everything we needed! We had a great time!

Great place to stay with a family. Close to PCMR and some fantastic restaurants. The beds are horrible! There is one bathroom that has been remodeled, but the other two are very outdated.the kitchen is very well equipped. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect family ski vacation place!

I booked this so far in advance and am glad I did. Everything was ideal for our group of 5 adults (mom, dad, and 3 adult children). Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Great accommodations close to walkable restaurants and easy-to-navigate free Park City bus service to Deer Valley and to Main St. We did a combo of eating out and making simple dinners in. Cynthia's communications were quick and effective. There was a snafu with an erroneous parking ticket upon our departure which she cleared up for us right away! I will look up her place again when we return next time!

Ski trip

The condo was very nice with ample room for 4 as long as two sleep together. Close to very fun restaurants. 10 minute drive to slopes. Great AC/heat thermostats in every room and nice TVs. Nice table for family games. The showers were nice but the water got only like warm. The host was super responsive.

The place was very nice and location great. However communication with the on site manager Brett was terrible. Check in has issues as the wrong code was given by host. Brett refused to answer phone calls until the host told them they had to, would only communicate by text. Then a smoke alarm started to go off in the middle of the night Dec 23 going into Christmas Eve. Informed Brett the next morning and again poor communication and started to argue with me because I refused to have someone enter the location without someone present, and I had plans as it was Christmas holiday. I told Brett a person needed to come with a ladder to reach. A maintenance person showed up with no ladder. I told them they needed a 5-6ft ladder to reach and he left and came back with a 3 ft ladder that could not reach. Asked him how long it would take him to get another ladder as I had plans to go out and the maintenance guy just said “idk I don’t have another ladder, I don’t even know what battery it needs to be replaced”. Very rude interaction. I informed Brett who started to argue, so I refused to communicate with him again and communicated all events with the host. Smoke alarm kept going off all the way until Christmas Day and kids had to sleep downstairs on the couch since it was so loud.

Excellent location and stay!

Our group of 3 friends each and a bedroom and bathroom which fit our needs perfectly. The location is excellent with easy shuttle service to the base of PC mountain, PC Main Street or Deer Valley. Parking was a breeze -nice to have covered parking so no snow clean off. Elevator to floor was nice when needed. Hot tub worked flawlessly. Quick and responsive/caring responses to inquiry about unit while there. More than expected paper products onsite when we arrived which was nice - comfortable living /TV area (as shown in photo). A great stay!

The condo is nice. It is great for a friends weekend. . It’s in a good location. We didn’t have any big issues. A few items that need attention though: some of the outlets don’t work. The washing machine trips the breaker and the humidifier doesn’t work. CB

Convenient location

Great stay. Very responsive staff. Condo was clean and updated. Shared spaces needed repair/updates. Bus line was a bit confusing. Pro tip: It’s actually better to walk about 1/4 mile down the road to the next bus stop as both the red and yellow lines come there. Otherwise, wait can be up to 20-25 min.
