Thank you for the 5-star review, Ann! We are thrilled to hear you found The Grand on Garden clean and wonderful. We look forward to welcoming you back for another visit!
The house was very comfortable. My only frustration was parking, but it all worked out fine. It was the busiest day of the year (4th of July) and we were still able to get the two curbside parking spots but I admit I was anxious. Other than that, they’ve done a great job remodeling this historic gem of a house. Good job!

Thank you for your review, Jon! We are glad to hear you found The Grand on Garden comfortable and enjoyed your stay! We understand the parking concern, especially during the busy July 4th holiday, and are pleased it worked out for you. Given the great location downtown, street parking is very popular during the holidays and events! We hope to welcome you back for another visit!
Overall it was a good place to stay. The listing says garage parking, and made a big deal about it in their listing…but that was not an option. Also nowhere in the listing does it say that they have renters downstairs. In the house you see a post that asks you to be quiet during certain hours. I typically try to stay where there isn’t some type of attachment like this. There was no main TV for us to watch any Christmas movies. There are tv’s in each bedroom expect the loft. Since we were there for Christmas I didn’t know if they would have a tree up and messaged a month before to see. Didn’t hear back until the day before that the owners didn’t put any sort of decor up for the holiday, which was fine, but would have been nice. It is an old house, the refrigerator is loud- not a big deal. The house is in a great location, and is clean. We did have fun, just a few annoyances, but overall good.

Thank you for the feedback, Jana! We’re glad to hear that you overall enjoyed your stay at The Grand on Garden and found the location convenient and the house clean. We apologize for any confusion regarding garage parking and the presence of a basement renter. We do not have and have not ever had garage parking listed in our description. The basement of the home is not connected to the home itself, meaning there are no shared access points. Feedback like yours is invaluable to help us improve the experience for our guests, and we will look into making sure our listing is clear. We're sorry about the TV setup, although it is outlined and shown in the photos. We also apologize about the delay in communication about holiday decor. Your insights are appreciated, and we hope to make your next stay even better!
