With affordable price: 2 queen size bedrooms, 2 baths, Wifi, telephone, T.V with cable, totally equipped kitchen, washing and dryer machine, pool with wet bar, jacuzzi, with access to Los Sueños Marriot Resort and Marina street. Right down stairs the building has its own great pool, jacuzzi, barbecue pavilion, gardens. You have ocean view from the apartment that is in the 6th floor. The beach is 150 meters away. The main Costa Rican airport: Juan Santamaría is 80 kilometers away, we are the closest beach from it.
We are implementing anti Covid-19 cleaning rules.

I love the area, the nature and amenities around the apartment, made the property a very smart buy.
The close access to Los Sueños is hard to beat, the short distance to beaches and towns like Jaco and Hermosa are as well a great plus.
I believe also the complex has a very nice sense of luxury, without making it hard to afford.
I believe is just a very strategic place to have fun, enjoy, golf, surf, swim in the beach, go to the Marriot hotel for events, watch the most beautiful sunsets, relax...
