Location of the cabin is perfect. But to stay there was different. The hot tub was disgusting and not clean. The master bedroom ceiling fan did not work at all and when you turned it on the light started shorting. The floors and the pool table was sticky. The outside fireplace on the back porch did not work because the knob was missing and it without a propane. The fire pit was completely full of ashes to the point where we had to clean it out to use it. The upstairs air conditioner was not working. Message several times about stuff going wrong and all they could say was this we could get somebody to look at it. I’m pretty sure that’s something that should’ve been fixed before you rented out to people and have them pay so much money for the property.

Amenities were not in good condition. Grill took forever to heat. Fire pit was broke had to find pliers to turn it on & off. 2 pool que with one broke. Pots & pans nasty. Kitchen sink smelled sooooo bad. I found large chicken or turkey wing in garage disposal- I wished I would have taken pic but took to dumpster asap. Box fan full of cobwebs. No a/c upstairs. Very warm. Bathroom rugs all curled up on ends - everyone kept tripping. Bedroom tv’s not work - overall nice place. But very disappointed.Thank you
