Beautiful 4-bedroom townhouse, completely renovated in 2024.

THE LOCATION
At the end of the street, it`s an easy walk to the Centre Sportif de Gatineau, the new Centre Slush Puppie and the Maison de la culture de Gatineau. Close to Autoroute 50 and Les Promenades de Gatineau shopping center.

The neighborhood is made up of several row houses, with a park, water park and soccer field nearby.

PARKING
2 rear parking spaces. Street parking is free in summer, day and night. In winter, street parking is free during the day and requires a permit at night.

EXTRA BEDDING
Single folding bed, children`s bed and baby high chair available on request. A $50 + tax delivery fee applies per added bed.

GOOD TO KNOW
Guests must be 30 or older to book. ID verification may be required.

The house is in a row, so we ask guests to keep noise down. The neighbor is close, but only on one side — this is a corner unit.
