Nice stay

Good place to stay for us for 7 days in the area for work. Nice if parking instructions were in the check in instructions. We got it after checking in but before checking in we wondered where to park!

Great location in relatively quiet street, walking distance to cute cafe and restaurants as well as a cvs. The place was cute and clean but we had a lot of problems opening and closing the front door. Also, the advertisement lists a room that has a full bed and a twin but the twin bed was not there so one person slept on the sofa in the living room.

Listing photos & description are not current. There was no 5th bed, or ping pong table.Also not enough towels or toilet paper for the number of guests. Otherwise very convenient location if you don't plan to hang out at the house.

Uncomfortable and too

The stay would be more comfortable, and you would get better reviews if you offered a few more normal things: comforters on all beds, enough toilet paper for the stay, hair dryer, parking pass (it’s horrible parking here on street sweeping). Also, the living room space is uncomfortable, and the shared basement laundry room is SCARY, and the dryer didn’t dry even after 2 cycles. Also, the AC leaked water, the front door was jammed and wouldn’t open easily, and some floor boards were loose. Hard communicating with host, too. Not the worst place, but definitely too much for what it is.
