Escape to a welcoming 3-bedroom house in Long Beach. This fantastic property features 3 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms with showers and an additional quiet office space. The modern kitchen has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, full access to a washer and dryer in the basement and backyard patio. This cozy garden home is walking distance to the LIRR (10 minute walk), just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and centrally located to restaurants, breweries and local shops. Driveway allows for easy parking, 2 beach chairs available during your stay and all other towels, blankets and bags for the beach. The house is equipped so you can feel like home, relax and enjoy your time in Long Beach.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

All laundry can be placed by the basement stairs.
Please be sure all air conditioners, lights and electronics are turned off. In the colder months that the heat is turned back down to 65.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There will be a late check out fee applied should you not check out on time.
