This lake-view, single family vacation pool home is located in Briarwood, a private gated and guarded community close to Naples famous 5th Avenue, shops and minutes from the white sandy beaches. This beautiful three bedroom pool house, with almost 2000 square feet of living space offers the ultimate in luxury and comfort! Bikes, Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, tennis/pickleball racquets and balls, coolers, beach toys and boogie boards are available for guest use.

This lake-view home boasts a beautiful private, in-ground heated swimming pool with a large pool deck and screened lanai. This vacation home opens up to the large lanai and south facing pool from three large sliding glass doors from the master suite, living room and kitchen. This sunny pool deck is furnished with a table that seats six people and two loungers where you can relax, enjoy the sun all day, BBQ on the gas grill and watch the sunset.

You will enjoy this sunny three bedroom house, available for 6-8 persons in a luxurious and modern yet comfortable setting. The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, private bath and a beautiful view of the pool and lake. The en-suite has an over sized NEWLY renovated shower stall, garden soaking tub, his and her vanity and private lavatory. The 2nd bedroom is a bright room that has a queen-sized bed, and the 3rd has a set of twin beds. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a NEWLY renovated bathroom.

The home has 9 foot ceilings with ceiling fans in every room, and central air conditioning, allowing you to enjoy a cool breeze flowing throughout the house. It features an open concept great room or family room that has an entertainment center with a large LCD HDTV and Blu-ray player and two full sofas. The fully equipped kitchen has corian counters, new appliances and an informal breakfast nook.

The living room is elegantly decorated and equipped with a brand new queen-sized sleeper. An elegant, formal dining room adjoins the living room. Wireless high speed Internet, unlimited US/Canada calling and digital cable TV services are included to allow you to work or stay connected.

Beautiful property!

Property was very nice. Spacious and very clean. Kids loved the pool and all the extra amenities in the garage were a bonus. Great property for families. Location is really nice, very safe neighborhood. Only feedback is tv’s are a little out of date, but we were there for the sun and sand. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Family from Toronto for March Break

We usually rent a condo unit when we travel to Florida for our March Break trip however this time we decided to try a house. It was good experience as house was fully stocked with basic supplies and beach equipment. Was a short walk for eh community pool/basketball/pickleball courts other than the small pool at the house.

We enjoyed our week-long stay! They have all the pool toys and beach accessories you could need, just bring your suit! Everything was labeled and easy to find. The location is great and close to everything! Our family made some great Naples memories!

Great location, beautiful home, perfect for our family

We traveled to Naples for a lacrosse tournament at Paradise Coast. It was a great location and very close to the fields. The beach is very close, only about a 10 minute drive. And it was a great location to do other things like an Everglades tour and fishing trip. Hillary, the property owner, was very helpful before and during our trip. She answered all of our questions quickly and was very informative. The house had everything we needed, it is well stocked. Would definitely recommend this home!

Naples in March

Our family had a wonderful stay in this property. The pool was the daily highlight for everyone. The home had everything we needed to make us comfortable and able to enjoy both the pool and gorgeous beach. Kudos to Hillary for being such a responsive and well organized host . We hope to enjoy many more stays in the future!!

Great Naples week

We rented this home and definitely rent it again. The outdoor area with the pool was awesome. We had 4 grandkids with us and could not keep them out of the "heated" pool, lots of memories made. The host went above and beyond to have plenty of towels, dishes and silverware for the group we had. That added with a nice washer and dryer was a plus. The neighborhood was also great. Lots of friendly neighbors and the kids also enjoyed the Club House and courts in the addition. As stated before, we will stay at this location in the future.

The house worked well for our family. The heated pool was a must, cool temps came through. The owners are nice. The neighborhood "Briarwood" is very nice. Weve stayed in this neighborood twice this year. Big community pool, also heated, brand new pickleball courts, tennis courts and basketball court. The home is about 6 miles to the naples peir, about 1.5 miles to a grocery store. We love the location. My only complaint....its always too short...cant wait to come back!

Three Months in Naples

My husband and I enjoyed a three month stay, it was very nice although a bit dated , there is not enough lighting in the home, bulbs burned out in the high ceilings and no propane in the grill tank. There were numerous other issues that occurred. This owner needs to employ more reliable help to keep the property clean and well kept.

Great place for a family

This place was perfect for our family of 6 with teens. The home is very spacious, clean and comfortable, and the pool was a good size. There are lots of pool floats available to use! The yard view from the pool is beautiful, with tropical plants and a pond. We really enjoyed being there, and watching the birds and bunnies out in the grass. Very peaceful! The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and utensils. Showers had left over shampoo and shower gel, there’s laundry soap, etc. Plenty of supplies. Hosts were quick to respond to questions. If we visit again we will definitely see if this place is available! :)

Poor condition

The house was conveniently located and in a nice neighborhood. It was dirty and smelly and by far stood out as the worst house in the neighborhood. They did not have cable as advertised but pirated movies and streaming networks from Canada. The pool obviously leaked because we had to fill it every few days. Would not recommend.

A Memorable Month!

We contemplated what the "snow bird" experience would be like, i.e., staying in Florida for an entire winter month. As New Jersey residents, we decided that this Briarwood home seemed to be what we were looking for. And it was! (As an added bonus, we enjoyed ideal weather for the entire month.) We will always remember the leisure times in and around the pool, relaxing inside the well organized and neatly arranged house, taking advantage of the many restaurants in the area (we dined at 16 different ones), exploring the nearby beaches and viewing the attractions (Naples Zoo, boat cruises, etc.). So, hats off to our hosts-owners, who, by the way, were very easy to work with on this arrangement. And thanks for the memories.

Contact VRBO immediately when pool is not operational

Our stay was a short stay…Friday-Wednesday. Entry into home was delayed due to wrong keyless entry code provided by owners. Delaying our entry into home by an hour+. Kitchen cabinets in need of repair. Falling off hinges. Rest of home as expected based on photos. POOL! Major disappointment!!! Pump and heater not operational. We contacted owner. He questioned our assessment. Water was freezing! 50 degrees. Provided photos of the electrical panel for pool. We requested 50% reduction as pool was unusable. Owner rejected. Told us we could access the community pool. NOT the reason we booked a private home with pool! Would have stayed at hotel instead if we wanted community pool. Owner ghosted us via text and phone call the entire weekend. Pool repair was arranged for Monday. Our departure was Wednesday. Pool water temp never recovered by the time of our departure. Owners were unaccommodating. ALWAYS CONTACT VRBO FIRST when property has issues.

Lovely home.

The home was perfect for us. Plenty of room and all the amenities that were needed. Wonderful pool. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that the alarm system advised you anytime you opened a door to the outside. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable experience.

Amazing Vacation!

I cannot say enough about this beautiful home! Having the pool was wonderful for the kids as we used it everyday! Such a great location and so calm and safe in a gated community... My husband and I went for multiple walks. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we would need for cooking, including a crock-pot! Plenty of towels and linens, including extra beach towels, beach chairs, toys, and a beach caddy that we were free to use. We also lovwd how the master suite was on the other side of the house! We will definitely be booking this location again!
