We had a wonderful stay! The location is beautiful with wide open scenery and wildlife to enjoy, and the remote location made for fantastic star gazing at night. The kitchen was very well stocked and easy to make family meals in. We enjoyed fishing in the lake and playing in the game room. The hosts were very friendly and communicative as well, thank you!

Excellent location. Lodge has lots of space/spaces to hang out/relax. Proximity to Red Feather Lakes is very convenient as well.

Amazing property!! Huge rooms and amazing gathering spaces.We set up an outdoor volleyball court on the field just across the street from the house and it worked wonderfully. We loved the game room with ping pong, pool table, and foosball!The kitchen was amazing and the dining room made us feel like royalty. We used the BBQ and it worked very well.Only downside was that the lakes were WAY low this year due to poor snow pack and drought conditions—but there was nothing the hosts could do about that.

Amazing place for a family vacation! It's a well equipped private mountain Lodge in a beautiful setting. We loved the game room and the frisbee golf course. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with all we needed to prepare meals for our hang of 10. Conversations and board games in front of the fireplace after dinner made for wonderful family time. Highly recommended!

Our stay was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked, the dining room table was everyone’s envy along with all the outdoor spaces and star gazing. The game room kept us completely entertained after dark. Proximity to the golf course was perfect. We would like to keep Phantom Ranch a secret. We’ll be back most definitely !!!!

Perfect boys retreat

Amazing property. The game room and 18 hole disc golf were epic. No fire pit rule was actually a positive because we had more, other-fun activity time.

This was our second time staying at the Lodge at Phantom Lake Ranch. We loved it so much the first time we came back, and could not have asked for more. We especially enjoy the privacy of the location, yet still close to Red Feather Lakes amenities and offers a variety of fishing opportunities. The Lodge is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The kids loved the game room and improved their ping pong, pool, and foosball skills. The hosts are awesome and very responsive. We definitely will come back again!
