Security: 3 exterior surveillance cameras monitor the front and dock area (must remain on all the time). One is facing the front door, one is facing the backyard, capturing the boat lift/dock, and the third one is facing the hot tub and backyard.

Hot Tub: Max temp 104°F. Overheating or misuse may cause damage and result in charges. Please lower to 80°F and cover when not in use.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Lower the hot tub temperature to 80 F; failure to do it will result in extra maintenance fee
Trash pick is Tuesday morning , please leave the trash bins by the mail box at the main road
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No noise outside the house after 10 PM !!! This will cause cancelation of your reservation right the way!
There are three outdoor cameras for security reasons that shall remain on at all times. Failure to comply with it will result in cancelation
Remove sand from your feet before entering the house. A large amount found inside the home will result in an extra cleaning fee.

Beautiful Location!

This house was very lovely and the view was absolutely stunning. When you look out on the water you can see all kinds of wildlife, including dolphins, birds, and sting rays. The large deck had plentiful seating and my kids loved playing in the sand!

Great Stay!

The house is wonderful! Beautifully decorated and looks newly renovated. Very spacious with awesome kitchen/den area. Great location for boaters. VRBO agreement said check out was 11:00, however the maid kicked us out at 9:00.

Beautiful Bayside Retreat

I was leary about staying off of the beach and on the bay instead mainly because of logistics, but I could not have been more wrong! We loved sitting and watching the boats go by from the sandy shore, and it was such a short drive to the beach. The house and amenities are exactly as advertised or better! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Pensacola!

A Great Home & Trip

Our host was very responsive. It was clean, well furnished, and came equipped with all the essentials like silverware, plates, pots, towels, and etc. The property was also in a great location. There were restaurants and stores nearby. Our group would recommend staying here!

This property has Ring Floodlight cameras looking over the back deck and towards the beach area/boat dock. There is another one over the hot tub on the other side of the back deck and ring doorbell cam. Per VRBO's Policy the owner is supposed to disclose the presence of those cameras. And in the case of the hot tub cam there is supposed to be a sign there making people aware the presence of that camera. The listing make's no mention of Cameras, in violation of VRBO's policy.

Sitting on the Dock of the Bay

Wow, where do I begin! We had a house full with 10 staying there, and we all had a fabulous time! We came to Pensacola for a Navy promotion, and this was a great place to gather. The young adults enjoyed swimming, hot tubbing, and getting out and about with me exploring Pensacola, and all of us were incredibly excited to see dolphins on a daily basis. The house is beautiful, comfortable beds, and incredibly clean-all things I love. Bonuses for me that others lack were the fact there was plenty of flatware, kitchenware of all kinds, large coffee maker that also accepts Keurig pods, an commercial ice maker, and the bonus of a food processor/blender set up. More bonuses are plenty of bath and beach towels, and a big plus for me, collapsible laundry baskets....oh and fabulous laundering facility. If we had any questions, we would contact Daniel (host) and the reply was quick and question answered- we've had so many hosts that do not do that, so yet another major plus. All in all, you will not be sorry to stay in this house. :) P.S.- lots of great beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants near by since it is close to the Gulf Shores area.
