I booked for my sister’s wedding and we had such an amazing experience with Bri, the home, and the property. Very accommodating for large parties! The acreage, pergola, and pond are perfect backdrops for outdoor events and pictures. We had roughly 60 guests and the space was perfect! The primary bed room has three large windows that delivery beautiful natural light to get ready for an afternoon wedding. One thing to note that isn’t in the listing is the bunk bedroom is an extension of the queen bedroom without the en suite. That section of the home is great for parents and their kids, but maybe reconsider if there’s couples or solo sleepers as you have to walk through the queen bedroom. The rooms were amazing as well as everything in and around the house! The host top NOTCH with replies and fixing any questions or issues. The pool was a small issue but fixed soo quick small tear that was fixed quick! Will def book again and maybe spend longer great place to relax woth family and friends!!

Directions to home were not accurate,the home was spacious however not well maintained and needs a deep cleaning. The Property yard was overgrown and pool wasn’t clean. Overall it was fair for the price but could definitely use some repairs especially in front bathroom.

Thank you for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed the space of the property. We have not had any guests not be able to locate property based on our directions and the address brings you directly the property on any map if you choose not to use the exact directions. As far as the yard not being mowed, it had rained for 6 days straight prior to your arrival as well as during your stay thus it making it impossible for us to mow. The pool was in fact clean and sanitized before your arrived and we do have photos for documentation of that. Our cleaning crew does an excellent job and that can be seen throughout our long list of 5 star reviews. Again, we appreciate your review and we hope future guests will understand the situation for what it is.

Great communication, the property was very clean and ready. Our 4th time here with our extended family plus 3 dogs! Love the ample room and the dining table we can all fit in(11 people).

Host was super responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. The house was perfect for our group. There were 10 of us and we could spread about and enjoy separate activities with the TV, pool table, bar area, hot tub and living room with no one feeling crowded. Plus we could all sit at the table that seats 10 to break bread and enjoy several meals. Bedrooms were comfortable. House was clean and very warm. Kitchen well stocked with basics. We will def re-book next time we're in the area!

Great place

Coyote ridge is a fabulous place to stay. Its in town but a feeling of not being in town. There is so much to do at the property, plenty of games and things to do to keep the kids busy as well as the adults. Our only complaint was that we didnt book a longer stay.
