Majestic Mountain Views! Corner Condo w/ Jacuzzi Bath & Nice, Full Kitchen

Short-Term Rental License: 306400

Conveniently located at the slope end of the building, this condo provides comfort and style. After its recent renovation, International-201 now features all new carpets and freshly painted walls. The well-equipped kitchen has been remodeled in an Italian theme and would please any chef. Among other comforts, there is a jacuzzi bath tub for ultimate relaxation. In addition to the TV/VCR/DVD in the living room, two of the bedrooms also have a TV. A large, open living-dining area is planned around a massive stone fireplace. The fireplace is wood-burning, and we supply the wood. The bedrooms are spacious with large closets. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large balcony. Enjoy incredible views of the town of Mt. Crested Butte, Washington Gulch, and the slopes. The unit is fully furnished, down to the linens and dishes. I-201 is conveniently located steps from the slopes and trails.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The International Building entrance is on the third floor. There is one flight of stairs down to access I-201.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk to the end of the parking lot, skis on, and you are on the slopes!

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Great location

This place could not be in a better location to get on the mountain! We had a great time and the condo was wonderful. It was a little tough cooking without a vent hood but all in all the place was great!

Spectacular views of Aspens in Fall colors!

Would definitely stay here again! Top 2 selling points are the views & the Jacuzzi bathtub!! Christine, in the office, went well above & beyond helping us w/ faxes that we needed for unexpected issues at home!!

Perfect for our family get away. We’re able to ski in and out so that was nice. Probably best to be an intermediate skier to do this though. It was great though!

Great place!

Stayed here on a family ski trip to Crested Butte. This condo met all our needs and more. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. We hung out in the nice large living room. Deck outside provided a nice view overlooking the ski area and town below. Beds were comfortable and provided a good night of sleep after a day of skiing. Pictures do not give this place justice. Communication with management was very positive. Only complaint and this is very minor: water pressure in master bathroom shower was low. Loved this place and can't wait to go back!

Best family vacation accommodations ever!

We go to Crested Butte annually and usually stay at a ski in/out resort. This was so much better! Room for everyone to spread out, room for us to gather for meals, games, watch movies, etc. It is ski in/out, easy road that leads to the parking lot, or a drop in hill if you’re a little more confident. The shuttle service is on point! Never waited long and the drivers were really cool! This will be our go to from now on. Family loved it! Didn’t have to deal with all the college kids running up and down the halls. It was quiet, stayed warm. Awesome kitchen with everything you need. Hot tub and sauna in the building. Priced right! I wish I stayed longer!

One of the things we like best about the location is the ski in/ski out feature. Works for our group in general, but not for beginners! Highlight of our stay this time was the San Moritz shuttle! With having little ones skiing for first time it was a game changer. They were always within 5 mins away and so friendly and helpful. While some of the condos are a bit outdated, we feel like the price and the shuttle access make it well worth the stay!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been repeat guess, This was not like other experiences, the Condo was satisfactory but not what they use to be. There was a snow storm the 2nd worst in 11 years, The parking lot was plowed one time, it snowed over nite more and it took 3 days till it was plowed again. I realize there was not may guest, but we are paying customers. When I called office, Christian was very helpful. I had the chance to see other Condos, therefore if we return I would book another Condo not International 201. Not at all satisfied with changes in Crested Butte, many of the stores, and The Last Steep was closed

Great option for 12 people in two units: 201 & 202

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought 3 families, including 7 adults and 5 kids (including 2 under 2). The two units were on the same floor with a connecting hallway. We mostly had both doors open and kids and adults went back and forth frequently ... almost as if we were all in one unit. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues, but they were resolved quickly. Housekeeping was great supplying fresh linens regularly. We enjoyed the convenient & prompt access to the shuttle to go to/from the base or town. The wood-burning fireplace was well used and the firewood storage right outside our door made it extra convenient. We were cooking for 12. The kitchens accommodated all our needs. We will book again for next year. Unit 202 is dated inside, but still clean and functional. Unit 201 has been updated but really with the same functionality.

Adequate stay with great staff support

The staff at San Moritz were very kind and helpful throughout the stay. They were flexible with us when they were able to be and helpful when we had needs and questions. Note that the ski-in is a black ski run, which does not always run. We stayed the first week of January and it's yet to be in operation. The ski-out part is easy for all but beginners. My wife found it to be a bit steep. The unit is extremely dated. This is a 100% budget stay. Kitchen has everything in it you would need to cook a meal, but no smoke ventilation in the kitchen. The beds and pillows are mediocre. The unit was hard to keep at a stable temperature. It was either hot or cold. Same story for the shower. The shower was extremely frustrating as it oscillated from scorching hot to cold, even when set to a "comfortable" setting. The hot tub is also not outside. It's in a hot tub room on the first floor. Has a dungeon feeling to it. Overall, if you're looking for a budget stay, it's not a bad choice. If you want a few more modern comforts, look elsewhere and budget a few more dollars for lodging.

Christine and other employees were readily available and very helpful when we had questions or concerns. Location was great! I'm sure that each condo is different based on the owner, but ours was as expected. We were not looking for the fanciest place but really wanted a good rate and got it. The place itself was dated and could have had less worn and fresher looking bedding. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and we had no major problems other than noisy neighbors. We did not feel comfortable knocking on a door of partying people, and security would not investigate without our knowing exactly which unit, and they did not investigate any further. It didn't seem safe or smart to take into our own hands. It's a great place that could use a little freshening up and some TLC.

She answered any question we had and jumped on a minor repair we requested right away. Our room was clean, spacious and less expensive than others near by. It was a little dated but comfortable. We saw another unit in the building that was totally remolded. Each unit is different.
