This beautiful newly remodeled and updated 2 BR 2 Bath condo is located slopeside at the base of Peachtree Lift at Mt. Crested Butte. Unit 203 overlooks the mountain, watch your family and friends ski from the comforts of this beautiful condo, watch the fireworks from new years and the 4th of July from the balcony. Our condo is newly updated with all the amenities of home, including wifi, hot tube, gas grill and underground parking. Drive into the garage, elevator service to the unit with luggage carts available. Perfect getaway for the family or for a couple of families. Includes a ski closet and boot dryers. You will not want for anything as it is all right here waiting for you. In the summer watch the bike races from the patio while enjoying your favorite beverage, you will overlook the beautiful wildflowers, as well as see a wide assortment of wildlife.

Gateway Home Owners Association (HOA) Rules & Regulations, all-inclusive by unanimous vote approved July 27, 2015, provides the basis for Gateway's Parking Plan. Gateway's HOA rules #18-23 are summarized below:


Gateway has seventeen (17) parking spaces in the garage and an additional five (5) outside the exit of the garage.

Each owner, his or her renter/guest, is allowed access to one parking spot in the garage.

No owner shall park more than one motorized vehicle in the garage at anytime, and each motorized vehicle must park in the marked parking space.

If owner participates in the "Short Term Rental Program", owner, guest/renter of the owner shall park no more than one vehicle in the garage. The parked vehicle should have a permit visible noting the unit number, date of check-in, and date of check-out.

No service vehicle shall park in the garage to include management company vehicles. Service vehicles should park on the north side of the Gateway complex.

No vehicle shall block the entrance or exit at any time.

No storing of recreational vehicles to include snow mobiles, motorcycles or
other motorized vehicle in the garage. Bicycles and other non-motorized vehicles shall not park in a garage motorized parking space.

Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.

Our family has been skiing Crested Butte for 20 years we have watched our kids grow up on this mountain. Our kids 24, 22 and 20 love the freedom of skiing on their own and having a 2nd place to call home.
We live in Norman Oklahoma and try to get up to the mountain at least 4 times a year.

Why they chose this property

We chose this condo for the view and the convenience to all of our favorite places on the mountain. We also chose this property because the father lost his leg and needed a true ski in ski out condo since he skies without his prosthesis. We enjoy having our coffee n the balcony in the morning and watching them groom the mountain along with the early skiers enjoying the fresh powder.

What makes this property unique

This condo have a view like no other you can see the entire mountain as well as have skiers ski past you while sitting on the patio, this condo allows everyone in your party to enjoy the mountain and everything it has to offer even if they don't ski. This condo reminds one of home it is very comfortable and very relaxing. Wifi for those wanting to do work or browse the internet.
