In the spirit of the original WaterColor Community, our perfectly located home in Phase 1 boasts quite possibly the most charming interiors in the neighborhood. Our bungalow-style retreat is a chic and fully redecorated getaway located on highly coveted Buttercup Street in the Park District of WaterColor. It's all about location in WaterColor and beautiful homes in convenient locations do not come easily - so book fast to grab it before someone else does.

The spacious living area is filled with a multitude of windows, filling the home with natural sunlight. Fabulous antiques and accessories make this one of the most interesting and appealing homes in the community. The coastal living dining area opens to the kitchen for easy entertaining.

The front porch acts as an additional living area. The daybed swing is a favorite, and we encourage naps on this comfy space covered by a ceiling fan. You will notice the admiring glances from walkers as they pass by the home, and you will want to spend as much time as possible on the front porch.

Step out of your WaterColor hideaway and find yourself just across from 30A, only a few minute’s walk to the Gulf of Mexico, the world-renowned and highly acclaimed WaterColor Beach Club, as well as the bustling town of Seaside! Kick off your shoes and sink your feet into the powdery, white sand while enjoying the gorgeous emerald waters.

The perfect home away from home

The house was so incredibly beautiful and perfect for our two families. It was cozy and relaxing. It included everything we needed for daily cooking. The location was perfect for us bc of the quick walk to the club and easy access to the main road. We will definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed!

We needed a centralized place where our daughters could have freedom to explore on bikes and we moms could swing on the porch ant talk for hours. Close to everything and felt like a home away from home.

The perfect vacation home

Hands down one of the most beautiful homes I have ever stayed in. The location was perfect, easy access to the cutest shops and the beach. Very safe, Nice, quiet, family neighborhood. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. No expense spared on this home. The setup was perfect for our family and friends. we enjoyed our week here so much! We will definitely be back!

Great house located extremely close to watercolor club and beach! Only about a 5-7 minute walk. Only issue was small kitchen (all adults so it was a bit of a cram) and lack of cleaning supplies/cooking supplies. Other than that it was great! Loved the loft upstairs if you have kids.

Beautiful Home - Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was so cute and charming. A short, 3 minute walk to Watercolor Resort was really convenient. We used the bikes that came with the home and rented a couple extra. We also rented a golf cart during our stay which made getting around Watercolor and Seaside a breeze. We rented kayaks and efoils at Western Lake and played tennis at the tennis center. All in all an amazing trip. This home was right in the middle of it all.

Exactly what we wanted!

The home on Buttercup was exactly what we had hoped for - just like the photos! It was spotless upon arrival - clean, immaculate and beautiful! The owners had fresh palm leaves throughout the home, and it just felt warm and inviting with their little touches. The home is so close to the beach, club and seaside - we could easily walk everywhere- prime location but not a lot of cars or traffic. Amazing front porch, den, and bedding. Lots of character. We love, love this home and hope to stay again soon. Thanks Exclusive 30A for making everything so easy and tasteful.
