Great property. Neighborhood in transition but people were very friendly. Host gave us a number to call if we had any questions. Every time we called the voicemail was full. Weird locking system that locked us out of pool bedroom the night before we left.

Del Ray Beach

Title: Amazing Stay at the Perfect Del Rey Beach House! I recently stayed at this beautiful Del Rey beach house, and it exceeded all my expectations! The house was clean, spacious, and well-decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, this Del Rey beach house is the place to be!I can’t wait to come back for another visit. Highly recommend!

Great location. I wouldn’t call it stunning, rather nice. The amenities were sub par. Outdoor loungers were torn. We were provided one bath towel and one wash cloth each. No hand towels. The king sheet was too small and came off at night. Alex was my contact. He was very helpful. I requested more towels and a fitted king sheet. We received towels, wash cloths and a sheet set. I gave permission for them to leave the items inside front door. The items came from Walmart and needed to be washed before use, poor quality. The living room rug needed cleaning. Had many nice updates, but needed attention.

I would not recommend this poorly maintained 1955-built property. Check-in was extremely problematic: despite repeated requests from Vrbo and me, neither the property manager nor the homeowner provided access instructions until roughly three hours before check-in, after Vrbo warned the reservation could be canceled due to fraud concerns.Although advertised for seven guests, the house was inadequately supplied: only two towels per room, no pool towels, ill-fitting sheets, missing hand towels and bath mats, no cleaning supplies, and used tissues left in bedroom drawers. The sofa was dirty with dog hair and stains. Kitchen drawers were broken, old coffee grounds were left in the coffee maker, and the floors left our feet black. Dishwasher was broken, outlets didn’t work last 2 days of trip. The pool and patio area were unsafe and unclean, with broken or missing bricks, cigarette butts, trash, a damaged driveway, and no usable lounge chairs. The listing is misleading—the third “bedroom” is a poorly constructed pool house with no WiFi or working HVAC. At best, the property sleeps three people.  Beach (1 mile away), seedy location - Thrift stores, goodwill, psychic readings, check cash, etc. Wouldn’t walk at night here.Photos and videos available upon request.
