We are located close town that has many attractions, beach front cafes, restaurants, bars, a local shopping courtyard.

We are close to LIR Liberia Airport, the ocean and Mountain top hot springs and so multiple other destinations. Our staff will be happy to help you directly with any questions or guidance. Guests have access to the entire community. This includes multiple walking paths, lounging stations with loungers, six pools with jacuzzis and showers, private water well with the drinkable water and their personal three level home with rooftop. Your condo has two separate rooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a large spacious living room and kitchen. This condo comes with three patios on all floors where you can relax, eat, read or just enjoy the view and fresh air.
The apartment includes four beds:
- Master bedroom: queen size bed.
- Second bedroom: full size bed and sofa bed full size.
- First floor (living room): sofa bed twin size.
Guests have close access and a path for walking to town, the beach and supermarkets.
If you do have a personal vehicle we also provide a private parking spot with security.
If you have booking for a long term in any season ,WEEKLY cleaning of the apartment for FREE.

Since Costa Rica is such an economically "Green Energy" conscious country, in order to minimize and conserve energy consumption, PLEASE turn off all lights and air conditioning units when you not in the Condo.Also, the weather is hot here and can be overheating of electrical appliances. Our condo is equipped everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
We provide kitchen utensils, furniture , cutlery, bed linen, towels, personal hygiene products , cleaning products etc. We purchase what is available locally and make sure our products meet all requirements and quality standards of Costa Rica. We hope you understand that we try to provide the best quality, but standards in Costa Rica may differ from the country where you live. We ask that you please understand this difference and take it into your account when you write the review. You are welcome to bring your personal hygiene items and dietary items which you are accustomed too.
We very carefully monitor the condition of electrical appliances and equipment in our apartments. This is especially true for A/C and fans in hot climate; revision, cleaning, professional maintenance, etc. is carried out weekly. Unfortunately, local providers do not always provide detailed operating instructions for some electrical appliances and upon check-in we always ask our guests to immediately report any difficulties in use to avoid inconvenience. We are always in touch and happy to help our guests at any time of the day.
