Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place garage door opener back on kitchen counter. $40 feet is applied for missing garage door opener.
Placed used towels on bathroom floors. Bedding can be left on the beds and our cleaners will take care of stripping the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My 3 kids and I stayed here for 4 nights and felt right at home. Everything was immaculate. The couches are SO cozy and the big tub was a welcome surprise after a long day standing around in cold rinks! The host was super accommodating when I asked if we could check in a bit early. Better than a hotel

I have two adult children and one teenager. We have outgrown hotel rooms and this was the perfect size for our family of 5 and could accommodate more. We were in town for a family funeral. Had a bit of a hiccup with hot water but it was taken care of immediately. Would definitely stay again.

Over all nice place. Had a hiccup with the door code and could not get the downstairs warm. House was very clean and had all the amenities. It was an hour drive to Grand Forks which was totally fine.

Mini vacay retreat!

Tara is an amazing host, and she responded in a reasonable time and gave me a heads up 3 days before I arrived. Very modern and comfortable. I didn't get a chance to use the available stuff because I've been out mostly with friends and family. I would love to stay here again next time I have "me time"!! Thanks again!! :)
