The property is first-rate, from the essentials to the amenities. Kara, the host, was attentive to our priorities (hot tub!) and responsive when we contacted her about our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay spending Christmas with our family. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub had a perfect temperature, and the host was amazing—very kind and clear in communication. We definitely recommend it.

Gorgeous House Great Location

Gorgeous house located in the heart of North Conway. Easy access to the storyland, settlers green and all the shopping in downtown North Conway. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing 4-night stay at this beautiful home! The space was clean, spacious, and exactly as described, perfect for our group of 7. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the layout gave everyone enough room to relax and enjoy. The location was ideal, peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to everything we needed including plenty of restaurants. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

The house was even better in person. The house is stocked with every item that you will need. The expansive living room space is bright and open accommodating a large group easily. The bedrooms are tucked away and provide a quiet comfortable space to sleep. Kara checked in a few times before during and after our stay to offer assistance and recommendations. She is the perfect friendly hostess. We look forward to returning to the property and making more family memories.Thanks again Kara.

Great location for a long weekend in North Conway area! The house was beautiful and had every amenity we could need. The house was spotless and communication with Kara was very easy. There were plenty of games and puzzles for the evenings with our family w/teens. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Family Weekend getaway

We had the best time this past weekend. We had 3 families with kids ranging from 3 to 15. The home was accommodating to everyone, plenty of space and beds for all of us. The house is beautiful and central to everything. The kids went skiing at Cranmore, 10 min down road and plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes as well. We went to Nestlenook Farm right down street. The hot tub was wonderful for everyone, especially after a long day on the slopes. We would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here. Kara was great, she responded right away with any questions we had.

The house was beautiful and the layout was great, however the property was not very clean. Upon entering the home, I noticed right away that the floors were not swept as stairs were dusty in the corners, there were dead flies and hairs on the window sills, baseboards were dusty, and there were long hairs in bathroom shower and on towels. I had to reach out to the property manager to gain access to the utility room for extra paper towels and toilet paper, as well as a sponge. We were not left with one by the cleaning crew. The property manager responded promptly and also gave us access to the linen closet for extra towels. The cleanliness was concerning, particularly in some of the beds. One of the primary suites, had what looked like moss/grass on the sheets when first pulled back. It made us wonder if the beds were turned over with new sheets if other places in the home were cleaned.

Because of that commitment—and given that this feedback is not consistent with our many previous guest reviews—this review took us by surprise. While we’re glad you found the home beautiful and enjoyed the layout, we would like to respectfully clarify a few points for future guests. The home was professionally cleaned and thoroughly inspected prior to arrival and that of course always includes freshly laundered linens on all beds. No cleanliness concerns were reported at check-in or at any point during the stay. The guest reached out for a last-minute early check-in request and for additional supplies, both of which we were happy to accommodate promptly. At no time during these communications was any issue with cleanliness mentioned. Had we been made aware of a concern, we would have addressed it immediately, as cleanliness is a top priority for us. In an effort to be helpful and responsive, we even provided access to the locked owner’s closet and extra linen supply to ensure the guest had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We are proud to maintain a consistent record of outstanding ratings across all platforms and hold our home to a standard that exceeds typical expectations. We truly value guest feedback and ratings, which is why we felt it was important to respond and provide clarity. We remain fully confident in the cleanliness, preparation, and overall condition of our property. We look forward to continuing to provide a comfortable and exceptional experience for all future guests.
