Wi-fi and 3D smart tv with cable is included. This apartment comes with a private parking space. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street which is only 5 min walking distance from the city center and only 5 min from from old harbour. This location offers the best of both world; getting peace and quiet and still being close do the action of a thriving city.
