The house itself was nice. It definitely wasn't supplied with the basic necessities needed if rented for the full capacity of 14 guest. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans but lacking on flatware and drinking glasses. Had a coffee maker with no carafe to be found anywhere in the house. Only 1 dish towel and 1 roll of paper towels to cover our stay. The bathrooms were lacking enough bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The yard needed to be mowed and there was random trash laying around the yard. The house has potential to be a fabulous rental if some things get addressed and fixed. The owner was supposed to remedy some of the problems the following morning but had a family emergency so we had to wing it the rest of the stay.

Property wasn't clean and internet didn't work. Spiders and spider webs were plentiful. Refrigerator wasn't clean and house was dusty. We had to spend the first 3 hours cleaning.

There was more guests than initially agreed and they conducted a big party without permission and when we ask about that the guest started putting bad reviews. We request our potential guests to look at the other reviews posted on Airbnb

Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely house—it’s a beautiful space! We’d like to kindly share a few observations to help improve future guests’ experiences. The outdoor area could use some attention (overgrown grass and scattered trash), and a few amenities would be very helpful: more towels, a hairdryer, scissors for the kitchen, and extra trash bags. We truly appreciate your hospitality and hope this feedback is received constructively.
