This was a great place to stay and the host is easy to reach and was very accommodating during our stay. Grocery store, bakery, and pizza place were all within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Felt like home

Everything was as described. It was beautiful and clean. Communication was excellent. My family and I enjoyed our time. Supermarket and panaderia in walking distance. Airport close. A personal touch was much appreciated. My family and I agreed we will definitely return when staying in town.

Nice House & Environment

The property looked like the photos and the neighborhood was nice & quiet. Check-in instructions were not provided until I requested them upon my arrival and one of the bedroom air conditioners were not working. The house had everything from medications, lotion, and towels.

If perfection exists in short-term rentals, it is this unit! Ely’s home in Carolina, within the San Juan metro area, is perfect in every way—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, designed and appointed for comfort, with all the extras—yes, appliances, utensils, and furniture, but also the little things (as shown in the closet photo): medical supplies, extra soaps, scents, shampoos, body washes, mousse, sanitizers, cold medicine, sunburn relief, rubbing alcohol, and a dozen other things—including games, extra sheets, blankets, and towels. All the things we forget along the way. What a wonderful touch! We stayed only a couple days on transit to and from San Juan airport, but Ely made our stay comfortable and cozy. Many thanks to Ely!

Seven of us stayed here for two nights, and it was a decent value. It's conveniently located near the airport, a grocery store, and many restaurants. It's well-appointed with kitchen and bathroom amenities. Secure, gated parking.The host was very available and friendly; we did some troubleshooting when the power went out (not much anyone can do!), and he went truly above and beyond when I left my passport at the house to arrange for its return.The only reason it wasn't five stars? Be advised that **there is no AC in the kitchen/dining/living room area**, so it was HOT in those rooms. However, the mini-split systems in all four bedrooms were fantastic and got cold quickly when turned on. The main bedroom was rather large, so we turned it into our TV/social gathering spot instead! The back yard/patio was a breezy respite when the power went out (though we left to have dinner at a nearby mall for some cool air). This was a great house for multigenerational groups; it's all on one level. Upstairs was a separate apartment, unoccupied while we were there.Thanks for the convenient stay, and for the amazing guest service when I asked about my passport! I'm glad we stayed here!
