Get ready to relax in this newly purchased and renovated 3-bedroom house in the Artisan Historical town of Mentone on Lookout Mountain. The house is nestled on wooded acreage on Brush Creek, upstream from the Middle Fork of Little River. Enjoy the three porches, fire pit, outdoor bedswing, and the hot tub while relaxing in the quiet surroundings. The large windowed vaulted ceiling sunroom is the perfect place to observe the woodland creatures while drinking your morning coffee. This home has been newly renovated with upscale comfort and luxury in mind. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a coffee and hot tea bar with an expresso maker and French Press. An extra large custom dinning table is the perfect place to eat and gather to play games (numerous games and puzzles available). There are four smart Roku televisions and free wifi for your convenience. Each bathroom comes with wall dispensed shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The stone gas fireplace is perfect to make the cold nights cozy. There is a hiking trail and woods to explore.

If you like outdoor adventure you are close to Desoto State Park, Cloudland State Park and Little River Canyon National Park & Reserve both have numerous hiking trails and spectacular water fall views. This house is moments from Lake Lahusage and the Old Damn swimming hole for the hot days. The area also hosts of horseback riding, rock climbing, kayaking, mountain biking, golfingand more. Not to mention it's 45 minutes from Chattanooga where you must see Ruby Falls and Rock City. We can't wait for you to fall in love the area!
