Welcome to our mid-century inspired 1200 sq. ft. home located in Cottonwood-Verde Village.

This home back up to open space where you can enjoy views of the Verde Valley and nearby mountain ranges. We are conveniently located near Old Town Cottonwood and wineries. Plus, just a short drive away is Sedona and Jerome.

The home comfortably sleeps 6 people with 1 king bed and 2 queens.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

There is a Ring doorbell so we can assist you if you run into any issues with check-in.
There is 1 security camera located above the garage, the purpose of this camera is to prevent parties and damage to the home.

Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $1000 for deodorization.

Fantastic House - Great Location

The house is located in Cottonwood, just 30 min from Sedona and 10 - 15 from anything else in Cottonwood and the wineries. The house itself is fantastic. Very clean and private - much better than staying in a hotel, plus you have the benefits of a full kitchen, hot tub and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Would recommend it and stay there again.

We loved our stay at Verde Valley Views! This home had everything we could have possibly needed. It has a cozy privacy that we loved. The fire pit was perfect for the weather that week. Cottonwood is minutes away and Sedona is a short drive from here. Great trip! Thanks Jimmy!!
