Discover this charming studio nestled in an entirely private 17th century hamlet in the rolling hills of the Perche area of Normandy. Only 140 kilometers from Paris but far from any road, backed against a lovely oak-filled woods, this terrific space features a mezzanine with a full bed, a lovely living room with its sofa bed, a compact but very well equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Inside, enjoy the WiFi and other modern amenities like the washer/dryer and heating. Outside, enjoy the studio's private garden with its barbecue and watch the mini-goats in the nearby paddock show their prowess at jumping from stump to stump. A few more steps away and you will be able to use our play area (pétanque, ping-pong, babyfoos, bicycles and much, much more) or visit our 100 + acre Arabian horse farm, participating, if you want, in the daily chores. Like the three other houses comprising our four-hundred year-old hamlet you will have ready access to beautiful hiking paths. Horseback riding available on request. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
