Very convenient location for skiing at Alpine or Palisades. Clean, quiet, and comfortable beds. We didn’t use the sauna or jacuzzi, but they looked nice! Host was very responsive. The unit could use some more modern outlets. My cell phone charger fell out of all of the outlets except for the bathroom. User tip: turn the shower knob towards the right for hot water.

Tahoe properties are very expensive during high season and this property was lower in price so we naturally expected a smaller, older condo unit. When we first arrived to the unit we did not notice any issues. However, when we returned for the evening we noticed odors that smelled like pet urine. We did not call the host as it was late and figured there was nothing that could be done and it would of required a move if they even had another unit. We opened the windows which helped minimize the odor. The second issue was the key card did not work on the second day. Upon returning home I reported the odor and key card issues and asked for some sort of credit on our stay. After a few emails to the host we received a credit of 25.00 which we found acceptable.

A bit misleading

The pictures shown for this listing actually were of the unit with a deck and kitchenette. The unit we got was a bedroom and small bathroom.We contacted the owner concerning the tv not working properly but never received a response to our questions.But I did receive several messages requesting a good review.
