Features include 3 large private bedrooms- 1MBR w/King, 2nd MBR w/Queen, 3 BD w/ 2 Queens (all rooms have flat screen TVs with dvd players) - fully equipped gourmet kitchen with marble counter tops, eat-in breakfast bar, Viking appliances and Sub-Zero refrigerator, marble bathrooms, premium Xfinity service, wi-fi, 4 Flatscreen TV's, 4 DVD players, 2 reserved covered parking spots, and ample furniture to enjoy unique covered outdoor space. This third floor unit at The Grand sleeps 8 and includes full access to private beach with life guard, oceanfront infinity edge pool with hot tub, kiddie pool and expansive sun deck, fitness center, sauna, massage room (fee), beautiful lobby with lounge area, game room, oceanfront community room, and barbecue grills on the oceanfront deck. This is a luxury oceanfront condo offering 3 bedroom
and 2-1/2 Baths. Beautifully decorated with brand
new furniture. Wrap around Veranda overlooking the beach and bay. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.
