Located in Chocolate Hole area of Cruz Bay, this peaceful cottage is a dream. Quiet neighborhood location walking distance to Chocolate Hole and Hart Bays and minutes from downtown. Fully equipped kitchen with drinkable quadruple filtered water and ice. If you prefer to cook and dine outdoors, there is a grill and dining area with a great sunset view for your enjoyment.
With a bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, guests will feel right at home. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer for convenience. WiFi, Smart TV with Dish network, and AC are available for a comfortable stay.

Please note:
Renting a car is highly recommended. Taxis may not come all the way up the hill and you would have to walk the rest of the way (which is no big deal without luggage but difficult with).

There is construction of the main villa occurring to the east side of the cottage. It is not happening daily and is usually quiet and done in the off-season while guests are at the beach. There is a separate entrance for construction personnel who typically show up early and are gone by early afternoon.

Remove any food trash by taking to the dumpster.
Any fresh leftover food, beverages, condiments, spices may be left in fridge.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please turn AC off or up to 78 when leaving for the day. Make sure to turn off upon departure.
If power goes out, water pump changes to solar. Be mindful of use on cloudy days or extended outages.
Quiet time 11pm to 7am.
