Escape to this lakefront retreat, ideal for family gatherings and entertaining guests. The main level's open floor plan integrates the kitchen, living, and dining area. Expansive windows frame great views of Lake Martin! Upstairs, a spacious master suite awaits alongside a guest bedroom and bathroom. The finished basement offers two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, a den, and a bunk room that sleeps 8! Quiet slough and great outdoor entertaining areas! Fire pit, pavilion with TVs and grill area, spacious balcony and patio, and more!

You are welcome to bring your own boat. If you need to rent one, there are many rental options on Lake Martin!

NOTE: Water levels drop from mid-October to mid-March, and our dock is not accessible by boat. These dates vary from year to year. Water level information can be found by downloading the "Shorelines" app.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Used towels can be placed in the bathtub or on the bathroom floor.
Please put all floats under the pavilion, put fire pit cover on, and turn off all outdoor lights.
Please take kitchen trash bags to the dumpster, which is on the left after exiting the gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renters are prohibited from using any boats on property but are welcome to bring or rent one. Please use the "Shorelines" app to check water levels.

We loved our stay! The hosts were so helpful and accommodating. The kids nicknamed the basement “the kids hideout” and lobed every minute of it. The hosts had so many outdoor activities which made for a great early fall / outdoor weekend.
