Close proximity to beaches, vineyards, Laguna Seca Raceway, Fort Ord National Monument (15 mins). Gated, furnished 2 story open floor plan. Vaulted ceilings. Main floor has 1 queen bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, & seating area. Upstairs floor has loft with office area, & a seating area with pull out sofa. Enclosed patio off main floor for relaxing, BBQing, viewing nature. Miles of adjacent public lands for hiking & biking.
