Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Check to see that the propane gas grill is turned off after each use, that the valve is closed. Clean the grill to the condition you found it.
Turn off any AC units. Check the dryer/washer for any left items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
