Everything was excellent, beautiful home Very well maintained.Cannot say enough good things about this propertyI would definitely stay here again. Had access to shuttle but it was simple to drive to the base of the gondola only five minutes away.

This is a great house. It is one of the nicest ones that my group has stayed at in Breckenridge. I highly recommend it. The VIP shuttle bus makes getting to the slopes very convenient. It is a beautiful decorative home.

This was a wonderful, welcoming home for a larger group. Everyone had their own space and there were open areas to gather and visit after skiing. The pool table and hot tub were a nice addition, and the kitchen was equipped enough for us to make meals at home. We’re considering renting agin next year!

What a beautiful home with such an amazing view of the mountains! From the time we drove up the winding driveway we knew this was a perfect place for our family of 10 to spend our 50th wedding anniversary together! Each couple had their own king bedroom with ensuite full bath, while offering the children ample space to sleep as well as their own bathrooms! Makes for getting ready quickly much easier! We made all of our meals on site and found the kitchen to be equipped with all of our needs! The hot tub was excellent and loved the touch of spa towels waiting at the door! The grands enjoyed daily games of pool while the adults appreciated the deck with mountain views! This is our first stay in Breckenridge during the summer but found it to be charming filled with many things to do nearby! The kids enjoyed riding the free gondola and we even spotted a moose on the way up one evening! If you come stay at this property, take a short drive to Blue Lake and walk around....we saw some bear cubs headed to the waterfall so we backed off and let them have their space but it was thrilling to see the beauty of nature on this short hike! Thank you Phyllis, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The cabin was cozy and had everything needed for a snowboarding trip. The property manager, Matt was very responsive when the ice maker on the freezer wasn't working. He responded promptly with a reasonable solution. The shuttle services to and from the ski resort are a great feature as well. Overall it was a great experience and wonderful stay.

The home and location are perfect. The host really cares about her home and went a little overboard in sharing rules and following up. This created some unnecessary anxiety for our family. Matt, her maintenance man was FANTASTIC. Someone came to plow the snow off the driveway each day. That was an unexpected blessing. Overall, highly recommend.

Breck Lovely House!

Beautiful home, spacious, with lovely surrounding views of the ski mountains in the distance; nice amenities especially the hot tub. Plenty of space for our adult family to enjoy. Very close to the town and skiing. and the courtesy shuttle service was an absolute treat! We highly recommend this home! We are hoping to come back next year!

This house is lovely,clean,and very well appointed. The photos are accurate and the house was larger than we expected. We enjoyed the nice kitchen and new grill. The heated garage was a nice touch. I would recomment this house and hope to come back again. The owner was great to work with.

Ski Week

This house is all as advertised. The house was immaculate with all the amenities necessary for our group of 11. The location is just north of the town which makes for easy access to the ski slopes, grocery store and the town. The shuttle service is a great amenity since parking in Breckenridge can be difficult and they will drop off at any of the lifts. If we go back we will include this house in our plans.
