Check-in was seamless and quick, thanks to Alex, the property manager, who provided the access code hours before our arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, even though we didn't cook. We also received Wi-Fi access via email beforehand. The property's central location was a huge plus, with many excellent restaurants just minutes away.

The house and location itself were excellent. My problem is with the owner:He didn't communicate at all about check in or check-out, only providing information about checking into the unit the day of the vacation. But worse was that we learned from the neighbors that the neighborhood doesn't want to be overrun with vacation rentals, and it's infact illegal in Selbyville to own investment properties like this one. The owner, who lives in New York, used shady legal justification to purchase this home as an investment property. The neighbors complained that he makes no effort to maintain the property up to the standards of the rest of the actual residents in the area.
