Welcome to our fully renovated 4-bedroom economy home in the up-and-coming area of Franklinton! This cheerful residence features modern finishes like vinyl floors, granite countertops, and fully renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Relax on the large patio with a cold drink or glass of wine.
Inside, you'll find three bedrooms upstairs: a king suite with an en-suite bathroom, and two queen bedrooms sharing a full bath. The third floor has a queen bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a spacious office.
The lower level includes a cozy living room with a pool table and bar seating, a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee, and a half bath. Enjoy movie nights on the smart 50-inch TV from the comfy L-shaped couch. The house also features a washer and dryer with cleaning supplies.
