Charming lodge with 2 bedrooms and WiFi, AC just outside Olpe

Ember Ridge Lodge offers simple farm living and a comforting way of relaxing. Located in Olpe, Ks (12 Miles south of Emporia). Our 2br 1 bath lodge is 600 sq ft and features a fully functional kitchen. Our lodge is nested right off of blacktop down our shared private driveway. Sitting on our small family farm, you will have views of our Dexter cattle and chickens during your stay.

This property was built with a lot of love. We used barnwood trim from our ancestors 100 year old barn, and added several finishing touches/photos that remind us of what the farm used to look like many years ago when our grandparents lived here.

Additional sleeping: optional air mattress

Kitchen: Cooking basics, dishware & flatware, Microwave, Keurig Coffee maker

General; Farm fresh eggs in the fridge, Free Wifi, Washer/Dryer, Towels/Linens, Heating and AC, optional above ground swimming pool shared w/owners. Exterior security cameras on the property. Outdoor Dog kennel available. We are just a text away if you need anything or forgot an item. Our family home is 25 yards from this lodge.

This property was terrific. We had a truck and trailer and there was plenty of room to have it with us. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back.

My friends and I attended the Symphony in the Flint Hills and this little gem was the perfect place to crash after the event. We arrived late and a nice hot shower and comfy bed were very welcomed! Coffee was provided. Fresh eggs were in the fridge, but we had to leave early so we couldn't enjoy them. Everything looks new and fresh. Most amenities were taken care of with more to come I'm sure. Everything was quiet and peaceful. Fun to see all of the animals that they have on their farm.

Quiet Olpe Getaway!

We stayed at Tony's place while we were in town to race Unbound gravel. It had everything we needed for a successful race day! He has a bike stand available as well as a hose to wash bikes. We used the grill which made cooking our pre-race dinner a breeze. The beds and furniture were clean and comfortable and we got excellent sleep before our big day. It was nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle of Emporia to make sure we got good rest. We loved the visits from the cats, dog, chickens and cows and the farm fresh eggs were delicious! All in all we enjoyed all the comforts of home and Tony and his family were very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely return!
