Sorry if you ran out of toilet paper. There will always be toilet paper provided. But if next time run out let us know and I can guide you to the hidden rolls. We can’t leave them in plain site bc any extra gets stolen. Thank you for your stay

After 2 long days of driving, it was wonderful to park inside a garage (and only partially unpack the car) knowing our presents, etc. would be safe. We also appreciated the large master bedroom! It has a super comfy king bed and offered plenty of room to place our luggage and still have space to walk around without feeling cramped! This house is also located in a very quiet neighborhood that’s close to restaurants and shops. All of which are much appreciated perks that made for a pleasant stay!

The house was great. Location was excellent. I traveled with my kids and cook breakfast. It would have been nice if cooking oil or simple items were provided. This was not mentioned but just a suggestion.

Super quiet and peaceful!

This was a great place for our family, super clean, spacious and peaceful. Communication with host was excellent. This is the place to stay if you have to go to Lubbock!

It started off badly with the host asking us to leave immediately so the house could be shown for sale. She didn't want to take NO for an answer. We could get in the house at 3:00; we got there (from out of town) around 4:00.The water faucet in the kitchen needed repair and sprayed water in many directions. There were no towels in the kitchen, paper or cloth. There was no spare toilet paper. There was no laundry soap for the required washing of the towels. There were no spare trash bags for trash removal. The air conditioning system airflow was challenging.The furniture in the house was adequate and comfortable for most of us. The beds were comfortable. The large dining table was good for us.

Thank you for the review! But you were not charged any extra fees… there are fees if you don’t take care of the home. Unfortunately as a host we have experienced some disrespectful guests that have torn things up. This is why we have fees if the property is not taken care of.

Host was great and very responsive. The house was very nice and clean. The only problem was there is no ice or water dispenser on the refrigerator. So you will need to bring water and ice if you want ice. There were also not a lot of dishes (the host said most of them were broken by previous guest), so be sure to bring glassware and coffee mugs if you are going to need them. The house also does not have paper towels so make sure to bring some.
