House Inspection ReportInitial Impression and Exterior Issues• To start, when we first arrived at the house, we had to check the address to make sure we were at the right place.• The house looked abandoned; none of the landscaping was done, and the grass was a foot and a half tall.• It looked like it had not been mowed in a couple of weeks.• The backyard looks like a jungle, unlike the pictures.• There was debris outside next to the garage.• Just a bad first impression.Interior Issues and Maintenance Needs• The beds are very low to the floor, so if you have any disabilities or health issues, they are hard to get out of.• The toilet is loose and not attached to the floor; the towel ring next to the bathroom sink is about to fall off.• The drains in the bathroom are very slow.• The blinds throughout the house are old and dirty.• The closer on the back screen door is broken.• The house appeared to be clean overall, but on closer inspection, it needs a good deep cleaning. Really no communication from the host except when I booked.Property Condition and Recommendation• Trust me, we are not people who complain about everything, but in our opinion, this place is not ready to be rented out to the public.• It needs some real TLC.
