Incredible house with more than enough room for my family. Rooms are large and each has its own bathroom. The place was extremely clean and location couldn’t have been better. 5 minute drive to the strip. Will definitely be staying here again.
Communication with host were perfect. Check-in process was easy. Location was amazing. The problem is the place was not very clean. There’s a lot of trash on the outside of the house. It could be on the neighbors property line but it’s still very visible when you arrive to the house. It was very dusty inside. There was a cleaning rag left on the table. The toilet seat was broken . The kitchen trashcan when you remove the bag it is no less than disgusting with dirt/trash/ filth is on the bottom of it.kitchen & table chairs were dusty overall the cabin is very outdated and needs updating and remodeling bad. I would take compared to the prices in the neighborhood and most of the houses that we passed were all pretty new and modern this look like to be the oldest one in the neighborhood that said it was probably the cheapest one so if you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay and you don’t care about an outdated place this is definitely a good value. We personally would rather pay more for cleaner more updated place. The host was very good at communicating and I hope they update the cabin and hold the cleaners accountable to keeping it more cleaner in the future
A beautiful cabin, area. The bears were pretty intense, since we dont have bears in NE MO. A few helpful observances. The first shower on the right after entring never! got past luke warm. No matter where you turned the knob. The under microwave light did not work. The over the sink light did not work. The downstairs shower curtains were mildewy/moldy. . We couldnt find extra TP. And it would be helpful to know the grill is charcoal. Over all, we had a great stay. And would consider rentng this csbin again if we ever go back to Gatlinburg.
This was a large cabin and each room having it's own bathroom was a big hit. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was great. All the video games were nice but instructions would have been helpful. The pool table was a hit. It was truly disappointing to see so much trash and garbage outside the cabin and around the property. That should be cleaned up right away. It also would have been helpful to know how to recycle items and what can be recycled. A notebook with information is always a plus, and I would recommend having one at the cabin. We never figured out how to turn on the fireplace or the outside lights hanging near the hot tub.
Good communication with the host. Kitchen was set up with a good variety of items. Advise cleaning crew for a more thorough cleaning. Pretty steep road up to the cabin. Definitely needs some updating.
