June 2025

Host was very friendly and accommodating. No issue with the house and it was a beautiful new property. Very close walking distance to everything in Seaside. Really enjoyed my stay here with some friends. Would love to stay here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
Upon arrival, we quickly realized (by the dirt on our feet) that the floors were not cleaned. We also realized the sheets hadn’t been washed (sand and flaky skin). TO THE HOST’S CREDIT, he quickly had the house properly cleaned and the sheets changed. He also offered a gift card for dinner. I would suggest bringing a streaming box to connect to the TV as all apps are locked down and the language is set to Spanish. There’s construction going on that was a bit frustrating. Jackhammering throughout the day was not pleasant. Of course that’s not the host’s fault. The location was very good!

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed that the check-in did not live up to your expectations. We take a lot of pride in providing an exceptional experience for all our guests. Whether we agreed or not, I was happy to schedule the cleaning ladies to come back and redo the floors and change the sheets. I am glad we were able to address your issues (other than the jackhammering). As far as the apps on the television, we have 3 brand new smart TVs. We offer Optimum cable and all guests can sign in to their smartapps on the TV (i.e. Netflix, Prime, etc). The settings are reset after every guest and the default language is in English. So, I am not sure why you had trouble logging in. I trust the rest of your stay was exceptional. We would be happy to host you again, anytime.

Very clean, modern, and spacious. The 4 bedroom/4 bedroom is definitely the way to go if you have more than two children you are traveling with. Allows for more privacy and comfortable downtime that most hotels don’t. Property manager was very responsive too, even after hours.
