Air-conditioned apartment with 03 bedrooms, 03 bathrooms, two living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens duplex refrigerator with freezer, cook top stove, with electric oven, microwave, water filter. Terrace with shack and pool and barbecue, air conditioning in the room Tv and Suite, fan and TV throughout the rooms, wifi internet, cable TV, garage for one car and outdoor parking. First and second floor without elevator with electronic gate.
Note: During Christmas and New Year's Eve we only accept 8 days package or call to arrange, and in this package the daily rate is
R $ 1,000.00 per day.
Total: R $ 8 000.00 reais the 8 days. + 180,00 reais cleaning fee and R $ 3,000.00 security deposit that will be returned after the property conference
Outside Christmas and New Year the fare and
R $ 900 00 reais per day.
