Located 0.7 miles from downtown Natchitoches, this cozy home offers convenient access to downtown festivities or ample entertainment space if you prefer to dodge the crowds. 3,200 sq. ft. home plus large backyard patio (~1,500 sq. ft.). 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms on the main level. Plus a basement level with additional queen bed, living area, and a 3/4 bathroom.
Enjoy an awesome view of the famous Natchitoches fireworks from boat dock on Cane River. (only available on Saturdays during the Christmas season).
- Large backyard patio. (Includes Fire Pit, Basketball Goal, Corn Hole, & Kids Swings).
- Boat Dock for fishing and/or fireworks.

Great stay and location!!
It was a short last minute stay for my group, but this home was perfect for us. Very clean and accommodating, and plenty of room for everyone. My family enjoyed all of the Christmas decorations as well. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Thank you so much for opening up your home to us!!
