Conveniently located in Ffryes Estate, you’re just a short drive away from Antigua’s pristine beaches, local restaurants, and vibrant attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful retreat that feels worlds apart.

There will be a Tourism Levy Tax at a cost is $5us/ night per person (over the age of 5). We will advise you in your inquiry on the total cost including fees, and add it to Vrbo after confirmation.
There is a welcome binder in the property which you should read on arrival to help you get familiarized with the surrounding, info on the property along with house rules and things to note.

UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge, close to arrival.

We stayed in this beautiful house for 5 nights. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view is absolutely stunning. The pool is an added bonus. We absolutely loved it.

The house has an amazing view of the ocean and Jolly Bay in a quiet area. Restaurants and groceries are a 5 minute drive away. It is a beautiful with an amazing view. We were able to see 3 fireworks presentations on 12/31 right from the house. I would stay here again.

Clean, beautiful, spacious house with a spectacular view. The house is well stocked from the kitchen, to beach/pool/bath towels, to great beach gear including toys, chairs, umbrella and wagon. Iris provided very helpful information and instructions prior to check in. During our stay she was very fast to respond with any requests. We hope to stay here again in the near future!

Had a great stay. Great location with several wonderful beaches within a short drive drive and also a supermarket nearby for supplies. Perfect space for us and 2 older children. Great to have a pool to cool off in at the end of the day. Iris was communicative prior to arrival and also responsive to questions while we were there. Easy check in and check out process. Having AC in each bedroom was great and could get a lovely breeze coming through the living space with opening the patio doors.

Beautiful property with an amazing view. Iris was very responsive to any requests & check in process was smooth/simple. My family all enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Loved the additional amenities of pool, grill, washer/dryer and full kitchen. Paper towels/ toilet paper were a bit limited in stock so may want to bring extra just FYI. I would recommend this property to anyone, also great location close in proximity to our favorite beaches on island!

Truly Incredible

Our family LOVED this villa! We stayed for 4 nights at the end of July. It was super clean, quiet, with amazing views, and super comfortable! We would absolutely stay here again! We received a very informative email prior to arrival and a very generous welcome package. Super convenient having beach chairs, sun umbrella, cooler, etc. Host/manager was very response and helpful. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Overall great location for best beaches in Antigua. Well equipped, laundry a bonus for towels etc good to have air conditioning at least In the bedrooms incredible sea views but the pool was a bit cool due to the amount of rain that the island had experienced. Only negative was the regular early morning (6-7am) alarm of barking dogs from the adjacent property and owners that were apparently deaf! Future renters should be aware that after leaving the main road the route to the villa parking space is akin to off-roading with significant pot holes - rent your car accordingly
