Beautiful home in a very quiet location within minutes to shopping, Rainbow Springs State Park, K.P. Hole, Rainbow River, Withlacoochee River, Gulf Coast, as well as The World Equestrian Center in Ocala.

For your enjoyment there is a 32' x 15' enclosed saltwater pool and lanai with grill, table & chairs, as well as loungers. Living room has a reclining sectional with a 65" 4K TV to stream what you wish. Master bedroom also has a SmartTV.

The home has been updated with new paint, flooring, counters, and kitchen cupboards.

A very nice stay !!

Everything was in great condition and working order. Love the wild deer roaming through the yard and neighborhood. I would definitely visit again.

The house was nice, pool was nice. Had problems with water pump continuously shutting off but owner was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful pool home in a Wooded quiet neighborhood. Lovely yard full of deer and birds. The amenities were great. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds were most comfortable. . Everything thing was thoughtful. Host was responsive. We’ll be back for sure.

Gary and I were both born and raised in western Massachusetts and have remained there for most of our lives. We currently live in a small town with only 600 people!

We have always loved coming to FL during the winter months to escape the bitter cold and snow of New England. We love it so much we decided we needed to have a place here as well!

This home will be our 2nd vacation rental. We stopped hosting and sold our other vacation rental when COVID-19 hit. We're happy to be back at it! We like to create a place where family and friends can make memories together and enjoy their vacation.

Why they chose this property

We are familiar with the area and when this house hit the market, I just knew it was the one! You can't beat the location; we boarder 5,500 acres and see deer and all kinds of birds daily. Getting to the Rainbow River or the Gulf Coast is easy. Peace and quiet in the country with shopping just minutes away.
