• The homeowners keep their personal boats on the lifts, however guests have plenty of space to tie off boats alongside the dock during their stay.
• This is a multi-level property with stairs between levels.
• Linens and towels are provided.
• Pet-friendly with approval.
• No smoking or fireworks allowed.
• Quiet enjoyment is expected in this family-friendly lake community.

🚤 Guests use the dock, kayaks, and all water-related amenities at their own risk.
🍔 Please clean the grill after use and turn off the propane when finished.
🛠 Report any damage or maintenance concerns immediately so we can address them promptly.
