Amazing water views in almost every room including Estero Bay, intersecting canal and partial Gulf! Corner tiled and screened lanai (with electric shutters) faces north and east. The sunny dining area features a beautiful dining table surrounded by 2 windows. Kitchen has lots of storage and brand new quartz counters, cabinets and appliances. There's a convenient breakfast bar to relax and enjoy the views. The owner's suite is spacious with direct lanai access, walk-in closet and en-suite bath. The large guest bedroom also has a walk-in closet. Laundry is conveniently located on the lanai. Casa Marina is located at the quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach. Amenities include community pool, deeded beach access, fishing pier and Bay Beach Commons (pickleball, tennis and bocce ball courts; walking paths). The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable for our 3 weeks. Love FMB and the people are extremely friendly. The pool and beach were very accessible and they even had a putt/pitch area within walking distance. The owners were great to work with also.
