Our family has stayed here twice for various KU events and we have been very happy. The apartment is so cute, well acquainted and has everything you need from washer/dryer to fridge/dishwasher and pretty much any appliances and kitchenware you need. The location is absolutely perfect for getting to Mass street and KU. Parking is great. The check in/out process is seamless. Great WiFi too!

Great KU stay

Great alternative to overpriced hotel. Location and apartment worked great for campus visit. Not luxury but would rent this again. Recommend the higher floors. Bathroom should be checked for new shower curtain need.

The apartment was exactly as described and met all of our needs. We would have liked a full length mirror and we were afraid of hitting the shelf on the wall outside the bedroom. But it was a perfect visit

Absolutely loved this location. It was a quick walk in either direction, Mass St or KU Campus. We came for Crimson and Blue day at KU and this was the perfect place to stay for our family of three. The rooms were super cute and the whole apartment was colorful and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was a breeze and entry into the bldg & apartment was simple. Communication was prompt and thorough. We would happily stay here again for our next visit to Lawrence.

Clean, well decorated space making you feel right at home in an instant! Minutes walk from Mass St, which is the heart of the downtown, with so many shops and eateries. We enjoyed taking a short walk to get morning coffee and just walk the strip several times. Parking right outside. We traveled across the country staying in many Vrbo's so the little details at this location like cotton swabs in the bathroom and laundry soap were pleasant bonuses. Definitely would stay here again!
