So this trip there were a couple hiccups! I can not say enough about Katrina!!!! She was on top of everything! The original room I booked the A/C was out and Katrina made sure I had another room before check in time. Unfortunately, when I got to my room the internet was out. I informed Katrina, she came by and checked the outside box. Found out it had went out earlier that day. Both things out of Katrina's control, but she was on top of it all!

Lovely apartment, there were only two of us, would have been hard to have two more adults, two kids would be fine. Katrina was so helpful when I called at check in, downtown Iola was torn up and she helped navigate around the confusion. Everything was clean and well laid out. The kitchen was an efficiency, no oven, small stove top, nice refrigerator. Loved being by the square! We had a great experience for a quick visit to Iola.
